Drawing on the fieldwork and desk research, a mapping of practices and local policies to prevent and combat homo- and transphobia will be carried out, in order to identify successful initiatives and existing gaps. Key to this activity is the exchange of experiences, good practices and needs identified with the purpose of implementing best practices in other cities and find solutions to shared needs. This will be implemented both through local workshops in the cities as well as a transnational workshop aimed at the exchange of practices between cities. Based on the mapping and the workshops, two different best practice guides will be developed – one for the LGBT collective of small and medium cities, and another one for local governments and NGOs.
